What You’ll Do

This engaging cooking class will make you the most memorable holiday host. Master the art of elegant hors d’oeuvres with the help of an expert chef instructor. Bake homemade crackers topped with smoked salmon and crème fraîche. Then, make savory beef Wellington bites served with a mushroom sauce. Caramelize onions for a creamy gruyère tartlet. And roast butternut squash from a manchego and honey crostini.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.
