Your holiday gatherings will be tastier than ever after this engaging cooking class. A chef instructor will teach you to master hors d’oeuvres with chef-approved culinary techniques. Make homemade crackers and top them with smoked salmon and crème fraîche. Wrap pieces of beef tenderloin in puff pastry for mini Wellingtons served with mushroom sauce. Caramelize onions for a savory, creamy gruyère tart, and roast butternut squash to top crostini with manchego cheese and honey.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.
