What You’ll Do

Take a culinary excursion around the world with an array of handmade dumplings.

There's more worldwide appeal to the humble dumpling than you may realize, as this hands-on cooking class demonstrates. Explore a delicious variety of this beloved dish from cultures around the globe. Create mashed potato pierogi served with sour cream and caramelized onions, ricotta-based gnudi topped with zesty tomato butter and garlic breadcrumbs, and cook shumai filled with pork and shiitake mushrooms with a fiery chile dipping sauce on the side.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.
