What You’ll Do

Simple flavor combinations paired with excellent techniques become a dreamy Tuscan meal.

Immerse yourself in the rich history of Tuscan cooking as you try your hand at creating a delectable meal featuring the best of land and sea. Rustic techniques pair with robust, fresh flavors for the ultimate comfort meal. Begin by pan-searing a balsamic marinated steak before topping with arugula and fried caper salad. Next, you’ll fold butter, pancetta and sautéed shrimp into tender risotto for a true Italian bite. Dessert is vanilla panna cotta with freshly caramelized hazelnut brittle.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

The facility was great and so was our instructor. Taking a star off because we thought we would get to make classic croissants but it was only morning buns (cinnamon rolls) and pan au chocolait. It was still a great experience.
