Cooking Class - Mastering Artisan Pizza - Tampa

What You’ll Do

Take a spin through the fine tradition of authentic pizza-making in this culinary lesson.

Step to the other side of the pizzeria counter in this hands-on class dedicated to the art of the perfect pie. Discover how easy it is to make a simple dough using familiar ingredients. Then, use your dough to craft three uniquely flavored pies: Pizza bianco topped with four cheeses, a traditional pie with sweet peppers and mushrooms, and a gourmet creation pizza featuring arugula, prosciutto and tender roasted potatoes.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.
