What You’ll Do

Create unforgettable Parisian bistro favorites for this engaging date night.

Elevate your weekly date night with this cooking class, crafting recipes from a Parisian bistro. A chef instructor will teach you classic French cooking techniques to create a three-course meal. Use a cast iron skillet as the vessel to sear your steak and sharpen your knife skills by slicing potatoes for frites. Prepare a pear and hazelnut salad with Champagne vinaigrette then whip up chocolate espresso mousse topped with whipped cream.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

Randy was great! I just wish the class included cooking a meal along with cutting instructions. This was not worth $80
