If French dining is your taste, this hands-on cooking class is the perfect introduction to creating an array of gourmet dishes. Explore traditional techniques that will add upscale options to your repertoire. You'll prepare a tender roasted chicken served in an herbaceous tarragon cream sauce and cook classic French onion soup topped with croutons and gruyère. Finish with a lesson in French baking by creating your own profiteroles.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

I thought the class was fine. The food we cooked was tasty but it did seem like we were just putting ingredients together in a rushed format. I thought there should have been more of an opportunity to make the raviolis, everything seemed rushed and a bit hectic. Also I wish we could have had Togo boxes but all we got was a ziplock and there was so much food waste. Also, we did not get the recipes and thought that would have been nice. Overall the instructor was swift but definitely seemed a bit like she was racing against the clock to get through everything.
