Cooking Class - Korean Street Food

What You’ll Do

Explore the sweet, spicy and savory flavors that define Korean cuisine in this cooking class.

Discover simple steps to making crowd-pleasing Korean food by combining essential ingredients to create dishes bursting with authentic flavors. First, Chef Chris will demonstrate how to fold savory pork and scallion dumplings, which you'll pan-fry and pair with a sesame dipping sauce. Next, you'll simmer chewy rice cakes in a mouthwatering spicy gochujang glaze. Lastly, fire up the grill and cook thinly sliced marinated steak to enjoy in refreshingly crisp lettuce wraps.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

The facility was great and so was our instructor. Taking a star off because we thought we would get to make classic croissants but it was only morning buns (cinnamon rolls) and pan au chocolait. It was still a great experience.
