Inspired by classic French bakeries, learn how to create buttery, flaky croissants.

Craft croissants that rival those prepared in France in this engaging cooking class. To begin, a world-class chef will teach you step-by-step how to make a classic croissant dough from scratch. Then, use the dough to first make a variety of traditional French pastries by hand.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

Nice teacher but would have preferred to not share a station - 4 people meant we spent too much time waiting and watching. Wished we had come home with baked croissants since that was the main feature advertised. Otherwise we learned a lot and the cinnamon rolls and pain de chocolate were delicious.

The class was informative &’ I cannot wait to cook the recipe myself at home. The only thing I would change would be the large amount of other students in the class. It felt a bit rushed through. I was hoping for a bit more teacher/student learning experience, especially with all of the chopping that was needed. I am looking forward to taking more cooking classes, but I am not sure I’ll visit this place again.

Absolutely loved the class. I'm an experienced baker and have wanted to make macarons. The instructor was extremely knowledgeable. I enjoyed the class so much, I'm considering taking the class again as it was so much fun!!!

My husband and I had an enjoyable time. The food turned out excellent. Chef Joy and the others in the class were delightful to be around. There was a lot of standing. I wish we had been able to at least sit down to eat the delicious food. Overall great experience.
