Embark on a culinary adventure with this “Elevated Brunch" cooking class, perfect for seasoned cooks and beginners looking to elevate their breakfast skills.

Start your journey by exploring a bacon flight featuring three delectable flavors. Next, learn to craft a vibrant mixed greens salad with a zesty lemon Dijon vinaigrette, followed by mastering the art of Eggs Benedict with perfectly poached eggs and hollandaise sauce made from scratch. Finally, indulge in the sweet finale of French toast topped with fresh whipped cream, and seasonal fruits creating a brunch experience that's both luxurious and approachable.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

I booked chef Jordan as a surprise for my boyfriend’s birthday - not only was it a great meal and experience, he was also a great person to spend time with and get to know. I’d book him again and again for so many events! So unique and a great time!

We had an amazing (belated) Valentine’s meal with Jordan’s guidance and help! He arrived prepared with ingredients portioned out (except a few veggies that he used to teach cutting techniques) and even cleaned everything as we ate. Everything was delicious - my fiancé and I can’t choose our favorite part! Another review said the chicken was the best they had ever had and it lived up to those expectations! Jordan was also very friendly and knowledgeable - we look forward to booking another culinary experience with him!

Chef Jordan was super fun to work with! He breaks everything down in a simple way that makes sense and provides extra tips for cooking at home in the future. I would definitely recommend his class! Everything tasted delicious!

It was so fun to have Chef Jordan teach my friends and I how to cook brunch! We were able to have a super fun shared experience and eat wonderful food; we still talk about what a great time we had! Would definitely do it again!

Jordan provided such a great experience for us! He did an awesome job of teaching us while making sure we were having fun the entire time! :) It was such a fun and relaxing way to spend an evening with friends. Also, his French toast is to die for- by far the best French toast I've ever had! Highly recommend Jordan and this experience! :)

We did Jordan’s brunch experience and had a blast! He provided tons of support and engaged everyone in the process while keeping things moving and making it fun. I personally enjoyed learning how to make an omelet. I’ve always been intimidated by the idea of messing it up but he made it super approachable. I’ve made a few omelets since then and have had a lot of success! I would highly recommended finding a time to try out one of his meals!

Jordan provided a top tier cooking experience! He created a fun environment to learn new skills in the kitchen. Not to mention he made the best French toast I have ever had! 10/10 would recommend having Jordan at one of your events.
