Cooking Class - Vegan Tuscan Feast
You'll feel like you're in a kitchen in the Tuscan countryside during this engaging cooking class, where Chef Maggie will guide you through a three-course vegan menu inspired by the timeless flavors of Tuscany.
Start by massaging kale for a fresh salad topped with cranberries, red onions and grape tomatoes and drizzled with lemon and olive oil. Next, mix flour and russet potatoes for homemade gnocchi and prepare an umami sauce of earthy mushrooms and shallots. For dessert, Chef Maggie will teach you how to make cannoli shells filled with coconut cream and pistachios.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
