Cooking Class - Plant-Based Mediterranean Cuisine
Enjoy creating the rich flavors of the Mediterranean during this interactive vegan cooking class. Chef Maggie will guide you through making four dishes from scratch that are bursting with vibrant flavors.
Begin by mixing a bright red beet hummus and baking up homemade pita to dip in. Next, roll together chickpeas, herbs, tahini and lemon to make crispy falafels that you'll lay in a pita pocket piled high with fresh vegetables and served with handmade eggplant baba ganoush dip. Finish by stuffing dates with a blend of cashews, yogurt and vanilla.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
