Create a spread of satisfying Italian dishes, prepared with a dash of New York spirit.
Chef Michele blends Italian cuisine with modern New York culinary style in this hands-on cooking class. Learn to prepare a selection of authentic dishes, each reimagined with a contemporary Big Apple twist.

Your lesson begins with perfect Italian meatballs made from a blend of pork, beef and ricotta cheese. Next, you'll prepare a classic chicken dish flavored with sweet peppers and robust peperoncini. Cook up a broccoli rabe side dish seasoned with zesty garlic, and for dessert, bake an indulgent chocolate lava cake that's sheer decadence on a plate.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
