Cooking Class - Vibrantly Colored Homemade Pasta

Learn how to create authentic Italian pasta from scratch in three different colors.

In this interactive cooking class, explore beloved pasta dishes iconic to Italian cuisine but with a colorful twist. Chef Phil will guide you through classic recipes with simple ingredients for renowned meals from the region.

Begin by crafting vibrant homemade pasta using spinach and beets. Next, create a pasta dish with garlic, chili flakes and topped with lemon. Then, make a creamy carbonara with Parmesan and crispy bacon, and prepare clams for a coastal dish drizzled with butter and a white wine reduction. End your class by making tiramisu infused with dark chocolate and espresso.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

I recently had the pleasure of attending a cooking class that taught the art of making Kinilauw, a traditional Filipino dish. From start to finish, the experience was nothing short of amazing. Chef Phil’s passion for Filipino cuisine was contagious, and he guided us through the process with expertise and enthusiasm.
