Join Chef Henry in this interactive cooking class where he'll showcase culinary techniques used in Argentinian kitchens and teach you how to cook with South American flair.
Begin by handcrafting empanadas filled with beef, chicken and fresh vegetables. For your main course, learn how to prepare Milanesa with chicken or fish and paired with herby chimichurri, roasted eggplant brushed with an anchovy-oregano blend and crispy potatoes. Make a time-honored treat for dessert: Chocotorta layered with dulce de leche, cacao and cream cheese.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Great demonstration, he clearly has a lot of experience teaching classes and was very warm and funny while still being professional and informative. His venue is very nice and has a good amount of natural light coming in through the large windows. I would say Chef Henry is a great instructor.
