Delight in a fresh, innovative menu featuring ingredients inspired by Barbie’s signature color.

In this fun, themed cooking class, Chef Vivian and Michi will guide you as you prepare an elevated menu showcasing vibrant ingredients in honor of the Mattel icon. Playing with color and texture, you will learn how to elevate a meal using professional tips and techniques.

Bold, beetroot hummus is followed by broiled tenderloin with a bright raspberry glaze and refreshing dill crema accompanied by a delicate, pink cauliflower purée with earthy red radishes. For dessert, craft sweet and airy strawberry cupcakes with a flourish of cream cheese frosting.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Add Chefs Vivian and Michi’s Traditional French Fare cooking class to your bucket list! My husband and I enjoyed a wonderful afternoon with these two professionals making French onion soup, beef Bourguignon, and fruit tarts. Vivian and Michi are amiable, creative, efficient, and shared their knowledge, tips, and expertise throughout the class. The taste, aroma, and presentation of each dish were on par with a gourmet restaurant. The chefs and this cooking class are highly recommended.

This event was a multiple birthday celebration in our dinner group of seven. We wanted something different and interactive for the evening. We selected the Spanish Delights menu. From the time my reservation was confirmed by the Chefs, they were answering my questions of what to expect. It was a fun experience planning with them. The cooking class dinner met every expectation and much more. The Chefs Vivian and Michi are a delight themselves and we had a wonderful experience. The food was outstanding and delicious! We highly recommend Chefs Vivian and Michi for any of their cooking class offerings or especially for a Private Chef dinner events.
