Make homemade beef bourguignon, créme brûlée and more in this French cooking class.

Over a few hours, Chef Misun will teach you how to make four time-honored French recipes using artful techniques that transform simple ingredients into authentic fare from France.

Begin by slicing onions for a classic soup made with brandy, gruyère and Emmental cheese, and build an endive salad featuring rich blue cheese and roasted pears. For the main course, cook up a traditional French stew with braised beef, Cognac and red wine. Dessert focuses on the technique of torching custard for creamy vanilla crème brûlée.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Misun is delightful. She delivered a beautiful, delicious vegan meal in our home.
