Learn how to handcraft classic dishes from the Tuscan region of Italy.
In this hands-on cooking class, Chef Marc will walk you through the process of creating an authentic Italian meal from scratch, including cooking risotto, rolling fresh pasta and composing a tiramisu.
Learn about the culture of the Tuscan countryside as you prepare risotto featuring the flavors of mushrooms, shallots and white wine, and roll beef into a roulade filled with a pancetta and ricotta mixture and braised in red wine and tomatoes. Next, Chef Marc will show you how to make homemade pasta to pair with the beef braciole before whipping up a raspberry limoncello tiramisu.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

I took my mom as a Christmas gift and also brought my girlfriend along, and we all had a great time! Chef Marc was incredibly knowledgeable and eager to share his many experiences. The only thing that was better than the experience, was the food itself. The chicken cordon bleu and sauce was one of the best things I've eaten in a long time. Highly recommend!

Chef Marc’s culinary career began in his native France with an apprenticeship. His drive and skill soon took him around the world from France to Los Angeles, Spain to Venezuela and more. With 50 years of experience in the culinary industry as a chef and restaurateur, Chef Marc is no stranger to cooking and certainly no stranger to cooking delicious food.
