WHAT YOU’LL DO

Create a culinary collection with authentic Asian flair to share with friends and family.
Chef Jamaal is ready to show you how to bring traditional Asian flavor to your home table in this hands-on cooking class. With his expert guidance, you'll assemble a spread of familiar favorites and novel creations to make dinner a special occasion.

Start your lesson with a sweet and spicy take on edamame made with chili sauce and honey, and learn how to expertly handcraft a California sushi roll. You'll also prepare chicken fried rice that bests the takeout version and whip up a fluffy coconut mango mousse.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
