Social Distancing Friendly Learn how to prepare a sophisticated Japanese dinner with three styles of sushi.
In this hands-on cooking class, Chef Joseph will teach you everything you need to know to prepare an inviting sushi spread. Using traditional techniques and ingredients, you will work with tofu, make a zesty ginger dressing, and roll and shape sushi for three different presentations.
Begin by crafting traditional sushi appetizers with tofu miso soup followed by a fresh Japanese ginger salad. Chef Joseph will then guide you as you create three styles of sushi: Maki, hand rolls and nigiri using fresh fish and seafood.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
