Cooking Class - Classic Sushi Selections

Learn how to roll sushi like a professional using fresh ingredients and classic techniques.

In this hands-on cooking class, master the art of sushi rolling with Chef Lisa as you prepare your favorite rolls and sauces for an unforgettable meal.

Begin by crafting a spicy red miso soup with shiitake mushrooms, seaweed and tender scallions. Then, prepare classic sushi balls with a citrusy yuzu sauce. For the main course, roll authentic maki and uramaki rolls using fresh ingredients from land and sea, such as crispy shrimp and creamy avocado. End your class by handcrafting smooth ginger gelato blended with matcha green tea.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
