Cooking Class - Handmade Italian Pasta Dinner
Learn time-honored pasta-making techniques while cooking vegetable-forward recipes.
In this hands-on cooking class, Chef Chad will guide you in preparing fresh pasta and sauce to serve as the centerpiece of a classic Italian-style meal that features high-quality ingredients and smart cooking methods.
Begin by making the pasta dough from scratch. While the dough rests, handcraft crisp sourdough bruschetta, and roasted bell peppers stuffed with an herbed cannellini bean filling. Then, choose from tortellini, ravioli or tagliatelle for your pasta and make a fresh sauce with seasonal vegetables. For dessert, Chef Chad will teach you how to make coffee-infused gelato with roasted chestnuts.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
