Creating fresh pasta is a simple task, as you'll learn in this hands-on cooking class. Chef Lawrencia is ready to show you how simple it is to make your own pasta for an authentic Old World feast with all the trimmings.

Bring a classic Caesar salad to life, complete with homemade dressing and ribbons of Parmesan cheese. Next, create homemade fettuccine and a savory Bolognese sauce for a traditional pasta centerpiece, and whip up a creamy panna cotta with fresh seasonal fruit compote for dessert.

Purchased the class for my son and his girlfriend for Christmas and they attended class tonight. Both said it was a giant waste of money and felt like a scam. They cut 4 stalks of celery and made dough. There were around 16 people in class with parts of the meal given to different people to complete. Cutting some celery is not worth over $200. Ingredients were great value (Walmart), chef read instructions from a notebook. Very disappointed and would not recommend.
