In this hands-on class with Chef Joseph, you will explore the different cooking methods for making Chinese dim sum, or small plates. You'll enjoy various flavors and learn how to make dumpling dough all while using fresh ingredients.
After preparing Shanghai spring rolls with pork, carrots and cabbage, you'll dive into the world of dim sum by making small plates of scallop and shrimp steamed dumplings, shrimp rangoon, tender peking duck ravioli, and pork and ginger gyoza. For dessert, handcraft sweet coconut bao.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
