Cooking Class - Perfect Pair of Sushi Rolls

What You’ll Do

Enjoy an interactive sushi-making experience to learn traditional methods.

Learn the ancient art of rolling sushi in this hands-on cooking class. Chef Jason will teach you traditional methods for preparing authentic Asian dishes bursting with flavor.

You’ll begin by cooking a delightful dish of crunchy charred broccoli and savory pork gyoza. Then, learn the various methods of preparing sushi including maki, inside-out and temaki rolls. Make an assortment of rolls using fresh shrimp and tempura vegetables and craft others with crisp cucumber, creamy avocado and zingy ginger. Then, handmake your own fluffy sugar donuts for dessert.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
