Begin by assembling a Caprese panzanella salad loaded with fresh tomatoes and topped with the zing of balsamic vinaigrette. Prepare pasta from scratch and transform it into ravioli filled with spinach and creamy ricotta and topped with an herby pesto sauce. And for dessert, bake up ricciarelli, delicate Italian almond cookies that would make Nona proud.

Chef Annie was very knowledgeable, organized, pleasant, informative, and patient. The Canape Toast appetizer, Coq Au Vin and all vegetables were delicious! The Frangipane Pear Tart was the perfect ending! When she finished, the kitchen was in order, and all guests were happy and full, it was a great experience!
