Begin your lesson by assembling a refreshing cucumber salad served with peanuts and vinaigrette made from scratch. Create an exquisite dragon roll that's sure to rival your favorite sushi restaurant and turn out tender tempura rolls filled with shrimp and cream cheese. For dessert, cook up a homemade vanilla tapioca to end on a sweet note.

Chef Daniel is simply amazing!! This was a Christmas gift for four of my grandchildren and he knocked it out of the park. He made it a fun experience while teaching them the skills to successfully achieve the results on their own. He gave them the confidence to tackle food creations that seemed daunting. Side note; it was all delicious! Much laughter, joy, pride and “when can we do another class?”

Chef Daniel prepared a banquet dinner for my company and we had a great time with lots of great food. His salmon, steaks, Cordon Bleu and all sides were wonderful.
