Start by building a bocadillo with local Spanish cheese and traditional toppings such as red pepper and honey on a crunchy sourdough slice. Next, learn how to craft shrimp and artichoke heart skewers fried in tempura-style batter and served with a creamy sesame sauce. Finally, create delightfully crispy feta and honey zucchini chips before whipping up sweet fried dough for dessert.
