Discover the vibrant colors and flavors signature of Filipino cuisine with Chef Joss.

In this fun and educational cooking class, Chef Joss showcases the playful nature of Filipino cooking. Learn the traditional techniques behind staple Filipino dishes and explore the unique color, presentation and variety of this exciting cuisine.

Begin with pork lumpia, hearty Filipino-style spring rolls, with a sweet chili sauce. Next, the chef will guide you as you prepare pancit shrimp, a traditional style of noodle dish with vegetables and savory oyster sauce. Finish the meal with mango royale, a layered dessert with cinnamon whipped cream, coconut glaze and crunchy pistachios.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
