In this hands-on cooking class, you'll learn how to make an artisan taco menu featuring a traditional starter, a tangy side dish and decadent dessert. Chef Jazmine will show you smart cooking techniques while using fresh ingredients along the way.
Begin by folding empanadas filled with fresh shrimp and crab meat. Then, cook up pork belly tacos in a sweet soy sauce glaze and topped with red onions you'll pickle in class with a side of street corn sprinkled with smoky tajin and herby cilantro. End by frying puff pastry for sopapillas with cinnamon and honey.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
