Cooking Class - Asian and Sushi Holiday Spectacular

Create assorted Asian dishes and sushi that will get you into the holiday spirit.

Celebrate the holiday season with this hands-on cooking class where Chef Harold will teach you how to make five recipes that includes a sushi twist take on pizza and warm ramen soup.

After making omurice fried rice featuring a teddy bear shape, you'll cook up miso ramen brimming with pork and noodles and spiced with gochujang hot pepper paste. Then, layer fresh tuna tartare on sushi pizza that's reminiscent of a candy cane before preparing a Hawaiian rice dish that resembles nigiri. End the class with fresh fruit drizzled in chocolate ganache.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

We had Chef Harold over tonight for the Asian Street Food class. It was our first time with Cozymeal and Chef Harold and it was fun and engaging! Having it in our home meant we didn't have to get a babysitter and we loved the intimate setting and getting to chat with Chef Harold. We felt very special. The chicken was our favorite - so crispy and I can't believe we made it ourselves. Chef Harold also made a custom super spicy noodle option for my husband who loves spicy food. But he can make it non spicy too for those with a milder palette. Overall great experience and glad we did it!
