In this hands-on cooking class, Chef A'Donna teaches you how to create the popular Buddha bowl in your own kitchen by layering a variety of flavors and textures using a selection of grains, proteins and vegetables. Finish your colorful bowls with homemade Asian-inspired sauces.
Begin with a spicy cucumber salad and black vinegar dressing topped with a drizzle of handmade chili oil. Then, choose from a range of ingredients to build your custom Buddha bowl, including vegan options. For dessert, prepare a colorful strawberry mango sago trifle with tapioca pearls.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef A'Donna is a decorated private chef with more than a decade of experience in the field and a certificate in culinary coaching from Harvard Medical School. She specializes in elevated vegan comfort food and dairy-free cooking, and boasts years of experience cooking private dinner parties and corporate cooking classes for the likes of Nike and Google, to name a few. Chef A'Donna also enjoys teaching cooking basics and kitchen safety to children.
