Discover the earthy, sweet and subtly spicy flavors of Middle Eastern cuisine with Chef A'Donna in this interactive cooking class. You'll discover how to shop for, store and cook with a variety of spices throughout the lesson.
Begin with a simple chickpea and mint salad with cherry tomatoes and homemade salad dressing. Next, learn how to bloom dried spices to maximize their flavor for hearty mushroom shawarma to serve with fresh bread, dukkah and vegan tzatziki sauce. Finish the meal with orange phyllo cake spiced with anise.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
