Cooking Class - Decorative Cake Designs

Learn how to elevate handmade cakes in this hands-on baking class with Chef Sarah.

In this technique-focused class with Chef Sarah, you will learn how to create gorgeous finishing touches for your homemade cakes with buttercream designs such as borders, inscriptions and roses.

Start by making American buttercream frosting and craft a wonderfully fruity filling featuring tart macerated berries. Then, you will fill and decorate your cake while Chef Sarah shares useful tips and helps you fine-tune your piping technique. She will also provide a cake board to decorate your cake on and a box to take your stunning new creation home.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
