Italian coastal fare comes to life in this cooking class with Chef Paco.

Learn how to craft rustic Italian favorites under the guidance of Chef Paco. Savor the flavors of farm-fresh ingredients and watch as the flames come alive atop a homemade linguine with vodka sauce.

First, learn how to prepare a polenta cake garnished with tomato ragu and fresh herbs. Next, craft handmade linguine with sautéed shrimp in a creamy tomato vodka sauce. You have the option to substitute the shrimp for fresh Italian sausage or make it vegan altogether. Wrap up the meal with pears luxuriously poached in red wine.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Paco's class was so much fun!! I learned a lot and I'm very excited to make pasta on my own. Paco, if you see this, thank you!!! The big pasta (like rigatoni but 10x bigger) I was trying to think of the other night is called Manicotti :)
