Learn how to create a fresh, gluten-free sushi menu from start to finish.

In this interactive gluten-free cooking class with Chef Harold, you'll learn how to prepare, roll and slice sushi, so you can indulge in your favorite cuisine without any gluten.

Begin with a savory tofu miso soup, then roll into the second course with your choice of a chef's specialty roll: Green dragon roll with spicy salmon and avocado or a red dragon roll with spicy tuna and cucumber. Then slice fresh fish for nigiri and end things on a sweet note with sweet red bean mochi.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Our class with Chef Harold was so much fun - he kept us on task while keeping it fun. He shared lots of info about his own experience and about sushi making - and the food was delicious! Unfortunately he didn't provide dessert, red bean paste with mochi, as indicated on the menu.

We had Chef Harold over tonight for the Asian Street Food class. It was our first time with Cozymeal and Chef Harold and it was fun and engaging! Having it in our home meant we didn't have to get a babysitter and we loved the intimate setting and getting to chat with Chef Harold. We felt very special. The chicken was our favorite - so crispy and I can't believe we made it ourselves. Chef Harold also made a custom super spicy noodle option for my husband who loves spicy food. But he can make it non spicy too for those with a milder palette. Overall great experience and glad we did it!
