Culinary Adventure - A Sustainable Farm-to-Table Feast
Enjoy stunning panoramic views and a farm-to-table feast in a one-of-a-kind East Downtown container venue.
From farm-fresh herbs to freshly picked vegetables to fisherman-choice filets, this sustainable cooking class with Chef Crys highlights seasonal produce and teaches you how to make it shine. Chef Crys, an integrative nutrition health and wellness coach, would love to share her passion for organic cooking and pesticide-free gardening with you.
First, you will learn to craft a sweet and savory farm-to-table salad that utilizes all of the senses. Next, Chef Crys will show you how to properly prepare tender, fresh salmon and use organic herbs to flavor sauces, sides and more. Last but not least, juicy summer berries will be turned into a buttery, jammy French galette.
This private three-hour class takes place in a one-of-a-kind container venue in East Downtown. You can enjoy stunning panoramic views from the roof terrace or get cozy on the covered deck complete with heat lamps and a fire pit.
