Learn to grill a complete meal -- ahi, ribeye steak, veggies, and a fruit dessert!
Want to avoid turning on the oven in the summertime? Is grilling still a bit daunting? In this cooking class, Chef Jen will show you how to use a grill to easily prepare every single dish on the menu!
Chef Jen will start by teaching you how to make a grilled ahi dish to kick off the meal. Then once you've mastered this, she'll help you throw some ribeye steaks on the grill and cook them to perfection along with some fresh vegetables.
Finally, you'll end the class by making a simple grilled fruit dessert accompanied by a cool, refreshing scoop of sorbet -- the perfect combination for those sunny days and warm nights!
Guests are welcome to bring their own beer or wine to the class and Chef Jen is happy to provide recommendations.

An awesome date-night experience. Chef Jen did an outstanding job of hosting a relaxing Friday evening diner date for my wife and me. The menu consisted of Crabcakes served with a green bean frisée salad, New York steak with a cabernet mushroom sauce, chipotle creamed corn and finally whipped potatoes. The meal was delicious. We will definitely look into booking another event in the future. -Henry

This was my first experience at a cooking class and I was very impressed! Chef Jen was absolutely gracious and knowledgeable. There were four of us at the class and we all had a wonderful and fun time! The food was absolutely delicious and Chef Jen walked us through the steps and answered all of our questions. We are planning on booking another class with her ?.
Meet your chef
Chef Jen, who has been in the kitchen for over 17 years, graduated from the Los Angeles Culinary Institute, and has worked at popular L.A. area restaurants such as The Palm, Gozar, Buca Di Beppo, and as a Whole Foods Market catering director. Aside from owning an L.A. area catering company, Chef Jen is focusing on putting her knowledge and passion for food to teach others, and hopes to help others understand sourcing, cooking, and eating quality local ingredients!
