If you've ever wondered about the art and science of pickling fruits and vegetables, this hands-on cooking class with Chef Myisha gives you the inside scoop. You'll turn simple garden veggies and orchard fruit into a savory spread of spectacular pickled creations.

With Chef Myisha's expert guidance, you'll discover how to create a quick pickle slaw featuring cabbage, carrots, shallots and red bell peppers before preparing kimchi-roasted chicken with spicy heirloom carrots topped with homemade hot sauce. Finally for dessert, you'll bake a fruit crisp made with fermented cherries.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Her grocery game is pretty strong, too. She’s been on Food Network twice and won an episode of "Guy’s Grocery Games." Chef Myisha has worked as a sous chef, executive chef and chef de cuisine in Michigan, New York and Seattle, where she has also been featured on local TV.

My wife and I had an amazing time making dumplings. It was so much fun and very easy for someone who might not know how to cook. Myisha was there for all of our questions and it was great having conversations as we made our dumplings. We can’t wait to schedule our next class with her.
