In this hands-on cooking class with Chef Mike, you'll learn how to make several steakhouse dishes like a professional. Cook oysters, sear ribeye and more as you prepare this gourmet menu.
Begin by chopping up ingredients for a wedge salad. Then, learn how to cook oysters Rockefeller topped with breadcrumbs and an herb sauce until perfectly cooked and tender. Next, you'll learn how to sear a ribeye steak to perfection and serve it with a creamy Béarnaise sauce. For dessert, whip up a rich flourless chocolate cake.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
