Use one pan to prepare an elegant four course dinner.

In this hands-on cooking class with Chef Greg, you'll master the use of a single, versatile pan as you learn how to prepare four gourmet dishes. From soup to dessert, this entire meal can be made using one pan.

Begin with a creamy seafood chowder studded with vegetables. Then, learn how to cook a whole steak on the stovetop, this one seasoned with peppercorn, cream and cognac. Up next is learning how to make chicken marsala with sweet sherry and plenty of butter. For dessert, whip up an impressive bananas foster.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

After culinary school, he spent the next 25 years working in restaurants all across the world, including a stint at the prestigious Le Bel Age hotel in Hollywood. He’s amassed an expansive knowledge of cooking fundamentals, including chemistry and knife skills, and specializes in Italian and Mediterranean food.
