In this hands-on cooking class, Chef Mike takes you on a journey through the Italian kitchens that inspired this menu, including experiencing New York City's Little Italy over four courses.
First, you'll roast grapes for an arugula salad with Parmesan and lemon vinaigrette. No Italian meal is complete without pasta! Cavatelli takes the spotlight with basil and broccoli rabe, before pan-seared red snapper steals the show with clam and mussel broth. This spectacular meal concludes with a creamy vanilla panna cotta.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

He has worked all over the country from California to Miami with celebrated chefs and in renowned restaurants before starting his own business. After decades in the industry from restaurants to private dining and catering, Chef Mike is excited to share his knowledge, creativity and love of cooking.
