In this dynamic, interactive cooking class, Chef Mike will show you how to bring classic steakhouse favorites home, any night of the week.
Kick the meal off with a light, marinated vegetable dish that gets the creativity rolling. Chef Mike then regales you with an entertaining tale as you prepare oysters Rockefeller before moving onto the main course: Grass-fed ribeye with a classic béarnaise and smooth, buttery Robuchon potatoes. An intense dark chocolate flourless cake with macerated berries ends the meal on a perfect and richly satisfying note.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
