The essence of authentic tapas is on the menu in this cooking class from Chef Charlie. Learn a bit about the culture and a lot about the tastes and textures of these popular Spanish-Mediterranean dishes.
You'll start by preparing a platter of dates stuffed with goat cheese and bacon and crostini topped with shrimp and homemade romesco sauce. Then, prepare papas bravas served with a smoky aioli, followed by fresh hummus with crispy pita chips, perfect for dipping. End your lesson with a caramelized maduros.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
