Cooking Class - The Art of French Pastry
There's nothing in the world like French pastries, and with guidance from Chef Ashley in this hands-on cooking class, you can recreate these masterpieces at home. She'll share her methods for making a selection of spectacular treats, no passport necessary!
First up, a lesson in classic crème brûlée with a tangy orange twist added for good measure. Then, it's a course in cream puffs topped with tangy blackberry compote. A session in flourless chocolate cake with strawberry compote and mint Chantilly cream brings this culinary excursion to a sweet conclusion.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
