Enhance your pasta-making skill set with a hands-on lesson led by Chef Julia.
In this interactive class, you'll learn how to make two classic pasta shapes by hand — orecchiette and pici — to incorporate into an Italian-inspired menu. Each pasta will be paired with traditional Italian flavors for a hearty, homemade feast.
Following a classic chopped Italian salad, your handmade orecchiette pairs with a savory and spicy combination of broccoli rabe, sausage and red pepper flakes. The pici pasta becomes a classic cacio e pepe with black pepper and Italian cheeses for you to enjoy before indulging in a luscious tiramisu for dessert.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
With radicchio, pepperoncini, chickpeas, salami, provolone and vinaigrette

Pici Pasta Cacio de Pepe
With black pepper, cultured butter, pecorino and Parmesan

We had a wonderful experience with Chef Julia. She arrived on time, brought everything we needed, and was a pleasure to be around! It was a small class, just my wife and I, and she provided the perfect mix of teaching us how to cook the meal (hands-on) vs. cleaning up for us and preparing when we were eating. I would definitely recommend her!
The Cozymeal website made everything very streamlined and easy, including communicating with Chef Julia leading up to the event. I would definitely use Cozymeal again!

We had the pleasure of having Private Chef Julia Holland come over to show my girlfriend and our friends how to make a phenomenal 3 course vegan meal from scratch and we could not recommend her more. She was so personable, knowledgeable, and professional that it felt like a good friend was teaching us how to make amazing, fresh Italian food. Between the heirloom tomato bruschetta, the vegan pesto with fresh cavatelli pasta, and the strawberry compote panna cotta it was an all around wonderful and exceptionally delicious occasion. Just waiting for the next special occasion (or any excuse really) to get her back over for another fantastic dinner night!

Chef Julia is a talented chef, especially with pasta. If you are looking to learn about pastas I highly recommend taking her class. She is also a private chef. She looks forward to sharing her skills with her guests.
