In this hands-on cooking class led by Chef Bill, guests will use simple, high-quality ingredients to create robust Greek-inspired dishes that explore the signature styles of Mediterranean cuisine.
Start the meal with a refreshing tomato and cucumber salad dressed lightly with extra virgin olive oil and lemon juice. Highlight the bounty of the sea with a baked salmon flavored with garlic, cilantro, tomato and lime. To accompany the main dish, prepare Greek style potatoes featuring a zesty kick of lemon and garlic. For dessert, enjoy traditional Greek honey cookies made with brandy and walnuts.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
