Cooking Class - Festive Latin Feast

Discover the vibrance and diversity of Latin cuisine with Chef Bill.

From fresh seafood to savory steak, guests in this interactive cooking class led by Chef Bill will explore dishes infused with the bright and bold flavors signature of Latin cuisine.

Start the meal by practicing knife cuts and balancing citrus and herbs for a refreshing white fish and scallop ceviche. For the main course, grill a spice-rubbed flank steak to pair with creamy, chipotle-spiced sweet potatoes and roasted zucchini topped with cotija cheese and fresh cilantro. Finish the meal with crunchy homemade churros dusted with cinnamon-cardomom sugar alongside a dark chocolate dipping sauce.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

He has a wealth of experience in catering and culinary management, and he even won second place in the Taste of New Albany competition. As a traveling chef, he loves to share his passion for cooking with others.
