From fresh seafood to savory steak, guests in this interactive cooking class led by Chef Bill will explore dishes infused with the bright and bold flavors signature of Latin cuisine.
Start the meal by practicing knife cuts and balancing citrus and herbs for a refreshing white fish and scallop ceviche. For the main course, grill a spice-rubbed flank steak to pair with creamy, chipotle-spiced sweet potatoes and roasted zucchini topped with cotija cheese and fresh cilantro. Finish the meal with crunchy homemade churros dusted with cinnamon-cardomom sugar alongside a dark chocolate dipping sauce.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
