Cooking Class - Vegetarian Classics of Italy
In this hands-on cooking class, Chef Sarah invites you to explore vegetarian dishes that feature the signature flavors of Italy. Learn traditional techniques of Italian cooking, while highlighting the bounty of the Mediterranean with fresh regional ingredients.
Begin class by recreating time-honored favorites, such as eggplant caponata served on fresh crostini and a zesty panzanella salad. Then, put a fresh spin on the beloved Margherita pizza. For dessert, load crunchy cannoli shells with creamy ricotta filling spiced with cinnamon and vanilla.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
