Get a healthy, plant-based taste of Southeast Indian brunch favorites in this hands-on cooking class with Chef Kavitha.
Begin by preparing mung lentil crêpes infused with herbs and spices. Then, heat things up a bit by making a spiced vegetable korma for the entrée alongside a spicy garlic chutney. As you cook your food, sip on a warm mug of made-from-scratch masala chai tea.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Kavitha was incredible from our first communication to the actual cooking class! She was super easy to communicate with and provided detail instructions ahead of time. She is extremely (!!) knowledgable about each meal she prepared and talked us through everything without it being too confusing for a novice like myself in the kitchen. She also was extremely personable throughout the entire class, talking to my girlfriend about her past trips to India. While this was no surprise, the food was AMAZING! I HIGHLY recommend Chef Kavitha to anyone looking to learn a few new dishes at home.

Chef Kavitha was a joy to have in our kitchen! She was very accommodating to our personal taste preferences and taught us quite a bit about Indian cuisine. Brunch came together well and every element was packed with flavor. I definitely recommend Kavitha!
