Get a healthy, plant-based taste of Southeast Indian brunch favorites in this hands-on cooking class with Chef Kavitha.

Begin by preparing mung lentil crêpes infused with herbs and spices. Then, heat things up a bit by making a spiced vegetable korma for the entrée alongside a spicy garlic chutney. As you cook your food, sip on a warm mug of made-from-scratch masala chai tea.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Kavitha is amazing! First and foremost, the food was fantastic and reminded me of what my mum used to cook at home. Kavitha thoroughly walked us through each step and gave us some nice context as to the reasoning behind the flavors, and if that wasn't enough, we also got printouts so we could make the recipes in our own time. Beyond the cooking, she is also such an easy person to get along with, and we had so much fun doing the class! Highly highly recommend.
